This page summarises what we do with your data. In short:

• We only collect what the agency and the panel need to work.
• We never sell or rent your data, to anyone.
• No advertising tracker and no third-party analytics tool is used on the website.
• Your live statistics are provided to us by TikTok under the creator programme.
• You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time.

Depending on how you use the service, we process the following categories of data:

• Your account identity: Discord ID and username, email address, avatar, display language.
• Your linked TikTok account: creator ID and username.
• Your creator statistics: diamonds, live duration, valid days, followers, matches, subscription revenue.
• Your bonuses: amounts earned, tiers reached, payout history.
• Your exchanges with the team: reports, screenshots you send, messages.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited, errors encountered.

This data is used to:

• create and manage your account on the panel,
• track your performance and calculate your bonuses,
• pay what you are owed and keep the corresponding accounts,
• provide and administer your game servers,
• handle your reports and reply to you,
• keep the service secure and detect abuse.

Your data is accessible to authorised agency staff, limited to what their role requires, and to technical providers acting on our instructions:

• our host, for the website, the panel, the database and your game servers,
• Discord, for authentication and notifications,
• TikTok, for creator programme statistics,
• Google Calendar, to schedule your appointments with the team,
• our technical monitoring tool, for application errors.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Union. The safeguards that apply, provider by provider, are detailed on our GDPR.

Your account data is kept for as long as you are with the agency, then deleted 30 days after the account is closed. Accounting records relating to payouts are kept for 10 years, as the law requires. Technical logs are purged automatically.

Traffic is encrypted, authentication goes through an external provider — we store no password —, administrative access requires email two-factor authentication, and each staff member only sees what their role allows. Sensitive actions are logged and administrative sessions expire automatically.

At any time you may:

• obtain a copy of the data we hold about you,
• have inaccurate information corrected,
• request deletion of your data,
• request restriction of, or object to, a processing activity,
• retrieve your data in a reusable format.

The website only sets strictly necessary cookies: no advertising tracker, no third-party analytics. We do measure traffic across all of our services, with a tool we host ourselves, without cookies or identifiers: it only produces anonymous totals. Details are on our cookie policy.
