What makes it special is that the audience plays too. During the stream, gifts sent by viewers trigger actions in the game: some help the creator, others send them backwards. Nobody has a command to type — sending a gift is enough for the effect to happen on screen.

The creator plays alone on screen. At the top of the picture, one counter tracks their progress and a second tracks the stream's likes.
Every time a viewer sends a gift, something happens in the game. A gift can win points, lose points, teleport the car further up the mountain, or send it all the way back down. That back and forth is what makes the climb unpredictable: you can be nearly there and lose it all to a single gift.
Every creator sets their own interactions
There is no fixed list of effects. Each streamer chooses which gifts trigger which actions, and how strongly. The link is made through a webhook: the gift received on TikTok calls an action in the game, and the creator decides the mapping.
