General Terms of Sale

These general terms of sale (GTS) form the basis of commercial negotiation and are systematically provided to each member to enable them to place an order. They apply to every service provided by Streamline Agency, whatever the domain or subdomain through which it is made available.

To become a member of Streamline Agency, the applicant must:

• Be of legal age
• Have an active TikTok account
• Accept these general terms and conditions
• Meet the agency's selection criteria

Streamline Agency commits to providing its members with:

• Personalised support
• Content strategy advice
• Access to exclusive tools
• Technical and community support

Members agree to:

• Follow the agency's rules
• Maintain regular activity
• Actively participate in the community
• Respect copyright and intellectual property

Membership is valid for an indefinite period. Either party may terminate it at any time, subject to 30 days notice. Streamline Agency reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate membership in the event of a serious breach of these terms.

Streamline Agency reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be informed of changes by email or via the agency Discord. New terms will be applicable from the date of publication.
