Acceptance

Code civil art. 1119

These terms govern access to and use of the Streamline website and panel, published by STREAMLINE (Société à responsabilité limitée (SARL), RCS Lyon 937 823 300). By creating an account or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and accept them without reservation.

If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using the service and, where applicable, request that your account be closed.

Age requirement

Code civil art. 1145

The service is strictly reserved for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the panel. By signing up, you declare that you meet this requirement.

Any account found to have been opened by someone under 18 will be closed without delay and the associated data deleted, except data we must keep under a legal obligation.

What the service provides

The Streamline panel gives creators who are members of the agency a set of tools:

  • tracking of their live and performance statistics,
  • calculation and monitoring of their bonuses,
  • provision and administration of game servers,
  • production tools for live streaming (panels, overlays, graphic assets),
  • a reporting and support area.

Traffic measurement

We measure traffic across all of our services — public website, creator area and the other subdomains we operate — using a tool we host ourselves. It sets no cookie and keeps no identifier: all we get are anonymous totals (pages viewed, referrer, country, device type), with no way to recognise you from one visit to the next or to follow you elsewhere.

Details are in our cookie policy.

Your account

Access to the panel requires a personal account, created through an external identity provider:

  • An account is strictly personal: sharing, transferring or reselling it is prohibited.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.
  • The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • Any suspicious use of your account must be reported to us without delay.
  • Access to the panel requires membership of the agency as a creator; losing that status closes the access.

Expected use

By using the service, you undertake to:

  • comply with applicable law and with the terms of the third-party platforms used, in particular TikTok and Discord,
  • use the service only as part of your creator activity within the agency,
  • provide accurate information, in particular when linking your TikTok account,
  • treat other members and staff with respect in your exchanges,
  • report any malfunction or vulnerability you come across, without exploiting it.

What is prohibited

The following are prohibited in particular:

  • any attempt to gain unauthorised access to the panel, to other members' accounts or to the infrastructure,
  • mass automated extraction of data from the service,
  • falsifying statistics, using bots, artificial views or engagement to obtain a bonus,
  • sharing, reselling or renting your account or your credentials,
  • posting unlawful, hateful or harassing content, or content infringing third-party rights,
  • impersonating another member or a member of staff,
  • any action intended to disrupt the service or the game servers provided.

Sanctions

Where these terms are breached, and depending on how serious the facts are, the following measures may be taken:

  • a warning,
  • temporary suspension of some or all access,
  • withholding or cancellation of a bonus obtained fraudulently,
  • permanent closure of the account and end of the collaboration,
  • where applicable, a report to the competent authorities.

Any sanction is notified to you with its grounds. You may request a review by writing to the contact address: the request is examined by someone other than the person who took the initial decision.

Closing your account

You may request closure of your account at any time by writing to the contact address. Closure takes effect once the request has been processed.

Closure means losing access to the panel and to the associated services, in particular the game servers provided. Bonuses properly earned before closure remain payable. What happens to your data is described in our data protection policy.

Ownership of content

CPI art. L122-4

The website, the panel, their interfaces, editorial content and source code remain the exclusive property of the publishing company. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership over those elements: you are granted only a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use for the duration of your access.

Content you upload to the service — screenshots, artwork, panel or overlay configurations — remains yours. You grant us only the right to host, display and process it strictly as needed to run the service and handle your requests.

Service availability

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or because of an incident affecting a third-party provider. We work to keep such interruptions short and to warn you when they are planned, without our liability being engaged for indirect consequences.

Governing law and disputes

Règlement Rome I · Code conso. art. L616-1

These terms are governed by française law.

In the event of a dispute, please contact us first so that we can look for an amicable solution. If you are a consumer, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform.

Failing an amicable settlement, and subject to mandatory rules protecting consumers, the dispute will be brought before the tribunaux du ressort de Lyon.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be amended to reflect changes in law or in the service. Where a change is substantial, you will be informed by a notification in the panel. Continuing to use the service after that information constitutes acceptance of the new version.
