Account deletion

Two ways, whichever you prefer:

• On the website: sign in with the button below, then type the requested word. No linked TikTok account is needed. The danger zone of your settings does the same thing.
• By email if you can no longer sign in: write to contact@streamlineagency.eu with your Discord username.

Sign in and delete my account

Nothing is deleted until you confirm.

• Your account itself: username, email, avatar, linked Discord and TikTok identifiers, language and preferences.
• Your sign-ins: the current session is closed, and your access tokens, known devices and sign-in methods are erased.
• Your notification inbox.
• Your duel posts and your offers.
• The duel blocks you set or received.
• Your individual permissions, your linked games and their scores.

• Your bonus payouts, attached to an account that is now anonymous: they are accounting records, kept for 10 years as the law requires.
• Proof that you accepted our terms (date and version of the text), useful to both sides in case of dispute.
• Security logs (sign-ins, sensitive actions), automatically purged after twelve months.
• The live statistics TikTok sends to the agency: they are no longer attached to your account.
• Duel reports you made or received, which no longer name you, while the moderation team handles them.

The account cannot be deleted while a game server is attached to it: first request its deletion from your server page, and the team removes it properly from the fleet.

Deletion happens the moment you confirm; only backup copies follow their own rotation before disappearing.

Staff accounts (agents, managers, management) cannot delete themselves: they carry access that the agency must remove properly. Write to contact@streamlineagency.eu.
