Definition, role and how it works A TikTok LIVE agency, which TikTok calls a “Creator Network”, is an independent company approved by TikTok LIVE that supports creators with their LIVEs: tracking their stats, coaching, tools and access to exclusive programmes. It gets access to LIVE Backstage once its application has been reviewed, invites creators from there, and is paid by TikTok through bonuses and rewards tied to LIVE growth. Your LIVE rewards, on the other hand, are paid by TikTok into an account in your legal name and cannot be transferred to anyone else (Rewards Policy for the EEA, Switzerland and the UK). Commission, fees and who pays whom In the model TikTok describes, it is TikTok that pays a TikTok LIVE agency (a “Creator Network”), through incentive programmes reserved for agencies: taking a cut of your earnings is not part of it. In the EEA, Switzerland and the UK, TikTok pays your LIVE rewards into an account in your legal name, and they cannot be transferred. Diamonds, LIVE rewards and withdrawals explained No official source tells you how much a TikTok LIVE pays: TikTok publishes no conversion rate for a Diamond in dollars or euros, and no value for 1,000 Diamonds. It does publish what goes into the calculation. In the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland and the UK, your LIVE reward is based on your Diamonds collected and on a rewards percentage of up to 53% (up to 40% per LIVE and 13% per week) if your account has Scaled LIVE Rewards. It's calculated in USD and paid into an account in your name; in France, withdrawals start at 1 USD via PayPal (as of 7 October 2026). - How to join a TikTok LIVE agency (step by step) To join a TikTok LIVE agency, you accept its invitation in the TikTok app. You give the agency your invitation code, a six-character code generated by TikTok, and an agency approved by TikTok LIVE uses it to invite you from LIVE Backstage, a tool reserved for approved agencies. You then read and accept the invitation, usually under Settings and privacy > Creator tools > LIVE Center > Agency Center. Before accepting, check that the agency recruits in your country, what it takes from your earnings and how you can leave. You'll usually find it under Creator tools > LIVE Center > Join an agency > How to take part? (the path can vary depending on your version of the app). You give it to the agency you've chosen, which invites you from LIVE Backstage. You then accept the invitation in your Agency Center, after checking the agency's name.
